Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Cream together sour cream, sugar, and butter until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Mix dry ingredients together in another bowl.
  5. Combine wet and dry mixtures until just combined to avoid overmixing.
  6. Prepare the topping by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Layer the batter in muffin cups, adding the topping in between layers.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool on a wire rack.
  10. Drizzle glaze made from powdered sugar and milk over cooled bites.
