Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Cream together sour cream, sugar, and butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix dry ingredients together in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures until just combined to avoid overmixing.
- Prepare the topping by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Layer the batter in muffin cups, adding the topping in between layers.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- Drizzle glaze made from powdered sugar and milk over cooled bites.
