Instructions
- Coat the peeled and deveined shrimp with cornstarch and salt.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the shrimp in batches until crispy and golden, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
- Remove cooked shrimp and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
