Description

A comforting casserole featuring crispy tater tots, creamy chicken, and vibrant vegetables, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, and half of the shredded cheese in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Top the mixture with the frozen tater tots, aligning them snugly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the tater tots.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead: Assemble the casserole and store it in the fridge unbaked for up to a day. Reheat in the oven when ready.
