- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sour cream (for serving)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing in a mixing bowl. Stir well until everything is evenly coated.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it glistens.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet; scoop a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto one half of the tortilla. Carefully fold the other half over to create a half-moon shape.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and crispy, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and keep it warm while repeating the process with the remaining tortillas.
- Slice each quesadilla into wedges and serve warm with sour cream and a sprinkle of chopped green onions.
Notes
Make ahead by assembling the quesadilla filling in advance and refrigerating. Customize by switching cheese or adding veggies.
