Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end, and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place the stuffed bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
