Instructions

  2. Mix together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, yogurt (or applesauce), and vanilla extract until combined and creamy.
  3. Stir in the grated zucchini and fresh blueberries, ensuring the fruit gets evenly distributed.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in another bowl.
