  • 1 cup red velvet cake mix

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare the crust: In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Make the cheesecake filling: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until silky smooth.
  4. Add the red velvet cake mix, vanilla extract, and eggs, blending until fully integrated.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is just set but still has a slight jiggle.
  7. Cool on a wire rack, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  8. Serve with a drizzle of caramel sauce and chopped pecans on top.

Notes
