- 2 slices of bread
- 4 oz sliced turkey
- 1/2 apple, thinly sliced
- 2 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat a panini press or skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side, layer turkey, apple slices, and brie cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Place the sandwich in the panini press or skillet and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add some spinach or arugula for extra greens.
- For a sweeter touch, drizzle honey over the apple slices before adding the cheese.
