Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 4 oz sliced turkey
  • 1/2 apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat a panini press or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side, layer turkey, apple slices, and brie cheese.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  5. Place the sandwich in the panini press or skillet and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
