- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Marinate the salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Cook the salmon for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- In a bowl, layer the cooked rice, steamed broccoli, and shredded carrots.
- Place the grilled salmon on top of the vegetables.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with a little water to thin it out, then drizzle over the salmon.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
