- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and sear until golden brown on both sides, roughly 4–5 minutes each side.
- Pour the sweet chili sauce over the chicken, coating every piece.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve warm, garnished with sliced green onions or sesame seeds.
Notes
For more flavor, season the chicken before cooking. Customize the sauce with lime juice or garlic as desired.
