- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 pounds fresh strawberries, diced
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth.
- Whip heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture carefully.
- Layer graham crackers on the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add half of the diced strawberries evenly on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with strawberries on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (or overnight).
Notes
This dessert can be made ahead of time and is best enjoyed chilled. Consider adding a drizzle of chocolate sauce or nuts for an extra twist.
