Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that layers creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries in a unique twist on traditional cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 pounds fresh strawberries, diced

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth.
  2. Whip heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture carefully.
  4. Layer graham crackers on the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  5. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Add half of the diced strawberries evenly on top.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with strawberries on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (or overnight).

Notes

This dessert can be made ahead of time and is best enjoyed chilled. Consider adding a drizzle of chocolate sauce or nuts for an extra twist.
