Description

A rich and creamy dip featuring roasted jalapeños, cream cheese, and BBQ sauce, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 3 large jalapeños, roasted
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roast the jalapeños for about 15 minutes on a baking sheet, turning halfway.
  3. Let them cool before peeling the skins off.
  4. Peel and seed the jalapeños.
  5. Blend the roasted jalapeños, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  7. Serve the dip in a bowl and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
  8. Chill before serving if desired.
