Ingredients

- 3 large jalapeños, roasted
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (60ml) BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roast the jalapeños for about 15 minutes on a baking sheet, turning halfway.
- Let them cool before peeling the skins off.
- Peel and seed the jalapeños.
- Blend the roasted jalapeños, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve the dip in a bowl and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
- Chill before serving if desired.
