Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 4 tea bags (black or green tea)
- 1 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup ice
- Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil the water in a medium saucepan.
- Steep the tea bags in the hot water for 5-7 minutes.
- Sweeten the tea by stirring in sugar while it’s warm.
- Cool the tea to room temperature before refrigerating.
- Mix in the sliced strawberries into the chilled tea.
- Serve over ice in tall glasses, garnished with lemon slices if desired.
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for best flavor. Refrigerate leftover tea for up to 5 days.
