- 1 can (15 oz) sloppy joe sauce
- 4 medium potatoes, diced

Instructions
- Heat the skillet: Drizzle olive oil into your large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onions and minced garlic and sauté until softened.
- Brown the beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, draining any excess fat.
