  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the chipotle sauce: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons chipotle in adobo sauce, 1 tablespoon lime juice, salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
