Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the diced onions and bell peppers for about 4 to 5 minutes until soft.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart gently with a spatula.
- Cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes, letting it simmer for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot in taco shells or with your favorite sides.
