  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Stir the mixture until well incorporated. Transfer it to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and press it down firmly to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes and then let it cool completely.
  2. Prepare the cream cheese layer by mixing the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a separate bowl. Use an electric mixer for a smooth texture. Once combined, gently fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.
  3. Create the gelatin layer by dissolving the raspberry gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water. Stir gently until fully dissolved. Add in the sliced strawberries and blueberries, mixing them well into the gelatin mixture. Pour this mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, allowing the salad to set beautifully. Once it sets, cut into squares and serve chilled.
