- 12 oz refrigerated ravioli
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, seasoning it lightly with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Drain the excess fat from the skillet.
- Stir in the marinara sauce along with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes to meld the flavors.
- Layer half of the ravioli in a baking dish, followed by half of the meat sauce and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, meat sauce, and cheeses.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese turns golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can assemble the dish a day in advance. Use air fryer at 350°F for a quicker option.
