Instructions

- Make the whipped mixture by combining the whipped cream and vanilla yogurt in a bowl, folding gently.
- Layer your creamy mixture over the lemon curd, repeating layers until filled. Finish with whipped cream.
- Finish by garnishing with lemon zest and mint leaves, then chill for at least 30 minutes.
