- 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Once they reach that perfect al dente texture, drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Introduce the sliced pork, allowing it to brown beautifully and cook through.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix together the soy sauce and oyster sauce in a small bowl, then pour it over the pork and vegetables, stirring gently.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
