Description

Hearty and savory Pork Noodles with tender pork, vibrant vegetables, and a rich sauce, all in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz noodles (any kind)
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Once they reach that perfect al dente texture, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Introduce the sliced pork, allowing it to brown beautifully and cook through.
  5. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Mix together the soy sauce and oyster sauce in a small bowl, then pour it over the pork and vegetables, stirring gently.
  7. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
