    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • ½ tsp onion powder
    • ½ tsp smoked paprika
    • 1 tsp kosher salt
    • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • For the Pizza Tacos
    • 8 small flour tortillas
    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
    • 4048 pepperoni slices
    • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 tbsp melted butter
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Optional Toppings
    • Fresh basil
    • Chopped parsley
    • Crushed red pepper flakes
    • Sliced black olives
    • Diced bell peppers
    • Sautéed mushrooms
    • Banana peppers
    • Extra pizza sauce
    • Ranch dressing
    • Garlic butter

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture onto both sides of the flour tortillas.
  7. On a baking sheet, lay out the tortillas and fill each with the beef mixture, mozzarella, provolone, and pepperoni slices. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the tortillas are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before adding your desired toppings.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious Pizza Tacos!
