- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix together fresh pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place each fillet on a piece of aluminum foil, spooning the glaze over each fillet.
- Fold the foil to create a sealed packet around each fillet.
