Description
A delicious breakfast omelette inspired by the classic Philly cheesesteak, brimming with steak, sautéed veggies, and melted provolone cheese.

- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup cooked steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper until well blended.
- Heat your non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
- Sauté the diced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- Push the sautéed veggies to one side and pour the whisked eggs into the other side, allowing them to set for about a minute.
- Add the sliced steak on top of the partially cooked eggs.
- Melt the cheese by sprinkling it over everything as the eggs firm up.
- Fold the omelette in half gently using a spatula and cook for another minute.
- Serve the omelette hot on a plate and enjoy!

You can customize the cheese and veggies based on your preference. Prep the veggies in advance for quicker cooking.
