Scale
- 2 lbs of meat (chicken, beef, or goat)
- 4 cups of water
- 1 large onion, chopped

- Sauté the Aromatics: In a separate pan, add a drizzle of oil and sauté the chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger until softened and aromatic.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour the sautéed mixture into the pot with the tender meat, allowing everything to mingle.
- Spice It Up: Stir in your hot peppers, ground coriander, and cumin, letting their heat infuse the broth.
- Season It Right: Add salt and pepper to taste, ensuring flavor enhancement.
- Let It Simmer: Allow the soup to simmer for an additional 15-20 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Serve and Garnish: Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with fresh herbs.
