- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages of cream cheese (8 oz each), softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 cups of whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 box of red and blue gelatin (optional for layers)
- Fresh strawberries and blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos by placing them in a zip-top bag and using a rolling pin to crush into fine crumbs. Combine with the melted butter.
- Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until light and airy.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the Oreo crust.
- Prepare the gelatin according to package instructions and gently pour a layer over the cream cheese mixture (if using). Allow to set for 10-15 minutes.
- Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the gelatin layer.
- Top with crushed Oreos for added crunch.
- Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours to set.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and blueberries before serving.
