Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your muffin tin.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl.
- Add in the vanilla extract and mix until smooth and fluffy.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well between each addition.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Add in the chocolate chips and gently fold them into the dough.
- Fill each cup of the muffin tin about 2/3 full with the cookie dough.
- Mix a bit of the dough with red and blue food coloring for a fun twist.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before topping with whipped cream and festive decorations.
