- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mashed potato mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb and cheese mixture evenly over the mashed potatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
