Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mashed potato mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb and cheese mixture evenly over the mashed potatoes.
