Description

Delightful Oreo Cupcakes combining chocolate cake and crushed Oreos, topped with whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Fold the crushed Oreo cookies into the batter.
  4. Fill the cupcake liners about two-thirds full with batter.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, testing for doneness with a toothpick.
  6. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks form.
  7. Frost the cooled cupcakes with whipped cream and garnish with extra Oreo cookies.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
