- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Oreo cookies for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Fold the crushed Oreo cookies into the batter.
- Fill the cupcake liners about two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, testing for doneness with a toothpick.
- Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks form.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes with whipped cream and garnish with extra Oreo cookies.
- Serve and enjoy!
