- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and crushed Oreos until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Take a tablespoon of cookie dough, flatten it in your palm, and place a teaspoon of the cheesecake filling in the center. Wrap the dough around the filling and roll into a ball.
- Place the cookie bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
