Description

Delight in rich Nutella Cheesecake Cupcakes with a graham cracker crust and creamy cheesecake filling, crowned with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Chocolate shavings or additional Nutella for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until thoroughly combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner to form a flat crust.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently add the Nutella and vanilla extract, mixing until uniform.
  5. Incorporate the eggs, one at a time, mixing only until just combined.
  6. Divide the cheesecake mixture evenly over the prepared crusts, filling them about three-quarters full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the centers are set but slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool in the pan for a while, then transfer to a wire rack and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and top each cupcake with it, adding chocolate shavings or a drizzle of Nutella if desired.

Notes

For best results, chill the cupcakes after baking and whip the cream fresh before serving. Feel free to customize toppings or flavors as desired.
