- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Chocolate shavings or additional Nutella for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until thoroughly combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner to form a flat crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Gently add the Nutella and vanilla extract, mixing until uniform.
- Incorporate the eggs, one at a time, mixing only until just combined.
- Divide the cheesecake mixture evenly over the prepared crusts, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the centers are set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool in the pan for a while, then transfer to a wire rack and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and top each cupcake with it, adding chocolate shavings or a drizzle of Nutella if desired.
Notes
For best results, chill the cupcakes after baking and whip the cream fresh before serving. Feel free to customize toppings or flavors as desired.
