Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and melted chocolate, mixing well.
- Whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Carefully fold in the sweetened shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
- Pour the cheesecake filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
