Description
Delight in these creamy, no-bake cheesecake bites perched atop a crunchy graham cracker crust, decorated with vibrant sprinkles for a festive touch.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Red and blue sprinkles (for decoration)
- Fresh berries (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- Begin by placing the softened cream cheese into a large mixing bowl. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream using a spatula, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are thoroughly coated.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of each cup in your mini muffin tin, creating an even crust layer.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust in each cup, filling them to the brim.
- Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator and chill for at least 120 minutes or until set.
- Once set, garnish with red and blue sprinkles and fresh berries if desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. For a unique twist, experiment with citrus zest or chocolate chips in the mixture.
