Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Beat the cream cheese, butter, and sugar together until fluffy in a medium bowl.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
