Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of peach puree
  • 1/2 cup of champagne
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Peach slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  2. Combine the yellow cake mix, peach puree, champagne, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.
  4. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
