Instructions

  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish to form your crust.
  4. Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, egg yolks, and lime zest in another bowl until smooth.
  5. Pour the lime mixture over the prepared crust in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the filling just sets—it should still jiggle slightly.
  7. Cool completely at room temperature, then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
