- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ears corn, cut into pieces
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, halved
Instructions
- Begin by layering the baby potatoes and corn at the bottom of your crockpot, creating a firm base.
- On top of the vegetables, layer the sliced sausage.
- Gently place the shrimp atop the sausage.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour this mixture over the shrimp and sausage.
- Squeeze the juice from one lemon half into the crockpot.
- Toss everything gently to combine.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Serve hot, garnished with the remaining lemon wedges.
