Description

These Jalapeño Popper Sausage Balls burst with flavors, combining smoky sausage and zesty jalapeños for an irresistible snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the ground sausage, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, diced jalapeños, biscuit mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper until everything is well combined.
