- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the ground sausage, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, diced jalapeños, biscuit mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper until everything is well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow them to cool slightly before serving warm.
