  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk the marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine honey, chipotle peppers, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
  2. Marinate the chicken: Place chicken thighs into a resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over them, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill: Heat your grill to medium-high.
  4. Grill the chicken: Cook the marinated thighs for about 5 minutes on each side until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
