Ingredients
Scale
- 1/8 of a medium watermelon
- 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Scoop out the flesh of the watermelon and blend until silky smooth.
- Strain the juice to remove any seeds or pulp if preferred.
- Pour the watermelon juice into a saucepan set over low heat.
- Whisk in the unflavored gelatin, lemon juice, and honey until everything dissolves.
- Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow dish.
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours to set.
- Pop the gummies out of the molds and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze in a single layer.
