Description

Delightful homemade watermelon gummies bursting with fruity flavor and a chewy texture.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/8 of a medium watermelon
  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Scoop out the flesh of the watermelon and blend until silky smooth.
  2. Strain the juice to remove any seeds or pulp if preferred.
  3. Pour the watermelon juice into a saucepan set over low heat.
  4. Whisk in the unflavored gelatin, lemon juice, and honey until everything dissolves.
  5. Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow dish.
  6. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours to set.
  7. Pop the gummies out of the molds and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze in a single layer.
