Instructions

  1. Sauté the aromatics: In a large pot, heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion turns translucent.
  2. Cook the veggies: Add the chopped carrots and celery to the pot. Stir occasionally for about 3-4 minutes.
