Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Cut in the cubed, cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Incorporate the sourdough discard, shredded cheese, minced garlic, and herbs until just combined.
- Knead the dough gently on a floured surface just a few times.
- Roll out the dough to about 1 inch thick.
- Cut out biscuits and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy with butter, extra cheese, or a drizzle of honey.
