Ingredients

- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 12 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic, stirring quickly to avoid burning.
- Toss in steak bites and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook tortellini according to package instructions.
- Combine heavy cream, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a separate saucepan over low heat until cheese melts.
- Drain tortellini and toss in the Alfredo sauce.
- Plate creamy tortellini and place steak bites on top, garnished with parsley.
