Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.

  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the melted butter for about 1 minute.
  4. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart, and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine the drained pasta with the beef and garlic in the skillet, tossing until evenly coated.
  6. Incorporate the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing well; add reserved pasta water if needed for creaminess.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
