- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until fully melted.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the melted butter for about 1 minute.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart, and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the drained pasta with the beef and garlic in the skillet, tossing until evenly coated.
- Incorporate the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing well; add reserved pasta water if needed for creaminess.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
