- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 2 cups kiwi, diced
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruits: strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, and kiwi.
- Drizzle the honey or maple syrup over the fruit, followed by the lime juice. Gently toss the mixture with a spatula or spoon until all the fruits are evenly coated.
- Spread the fruit mixture into a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 120-180 minutes or until solid.
- Once frozen, take the salad out and break it into chunks with your hands or a spoon, then serve immediately.
- If you want to store it, place it in an airtight container and keep it in the freezer for later enjoyment.
