- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1 can of cream corn
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced green onions
- 1 can of diced jalapeños (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In your crockpot, combine the drained corn, cream corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, diced green onions, and diced jalapeños if desired.
- Gently stir the mixture until all the ingredients meld together.
- Cover the crockpot with the lid and set it to cook on low for about 60-120 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once everything is warmed through and bubbly, serve hot with crispy tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
Notes
Prep the dip a day in advance and refrigerate. If you don’t have a crockpot, bake it at 350°F (175°C) for 20-30 minutes.
