- 2 cups ramen noodles
- 1 pound beef (sliced into thin strips)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, or snap peas)
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain them well and set aside.
- Sear the beef in a large skillet or wok with vegetable oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger in the same skillet for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and any optional vegetables, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Create the sauce by whisking soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth in a mixing bowl.
- Combine everything in the skillet, return the beef, pour in the sauce, and add the cooked ramen noodles. Toss until heated through, about 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
