Ingredients

  • 2 cups ramen noodles
  • 1 pound beef (sliced into thin strips)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, or snap peas)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain them well and set aside.
  2. Sear the beef in a large skillet or wok with vegetable oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
  3. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger in the same skillet for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and any optional vegetables, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  5. Create the sauce by whisking soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth in a mixing bowl.
  6. Combine everything in the skillet, return the beef, pour in the sauce, and add the cooked ramen noodles. Toss until heated through, about 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
