Description

Deliciously gooey blondies filled with dulce de leche and chewy Rolo caramel candies, offering a rich, sweet experience in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dulce de leche
  • 1 cup Rolo caramel candies, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl, then mix in brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Crack in the eggs and pour in the vanilla extract, stirring until fully combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually mix the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the dulce de leche and chopped Rolo candies.
  7. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
