- 1 cup Rolo caramel candies, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl, then mix in brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Crack in the eggs and pour in the vanilla extract, stirring until fully combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the dulce de leche and chopped Rolo candies.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
