Description

Delightful pinwheels filled with fresh cucumbers, cream cheese, and fragrant dill, perfect for gatherings or a light snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 large Cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 4 large Tortillas (whole wheat or spinach)

Instructions

  1. Spread a layer of cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper atop the cream cheese.
  3. Add finely chopped dill over the cream cheese.
  4. Slice the cucumbers thinly and arrange on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly from one end to the other.
  6. Slice rolled tortillas into bite-sized pinwheels.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh ingredients and make ahead of time. Can also be customized with additional herbs or ingredients.
