Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Combine diced chicken, mixed vegetables, sliced green onions, and minced garlic in the crockpot.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Gently stir in the cooked rice until well coated.
- Cover the crockpot and set to low, cooking for 4-6 hours.
- Stir in beaten eggs during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
