Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
