- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
- Add the soup and broth over the chicken.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Set to cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Incorporate the egg noodles and frozen mixed vegetables about 30 minutes before serving.
- Finish cooking until the noodles are tender.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks and mix everything together.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
