Ingredients

  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Add the soup and broth over the chicken.
  3. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Set to cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Incorporate the egg noodles and frozen mixed vegetables about 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Finish cooking until the noodles are tender.
  7. Shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks and mix everything together.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve.
